The regular MOQ for stanchions/crowd control barriers is 10 sets, and the regular MOQ for bathroom products such as floor drains and showers is 50 pieces; for small batch customization, you can consult our customer service and negotiate the MOQ according to your needs.

Whole category supports customization, including size, craft, surface treatment, LOGO engraving/silk screen printing, and we provide OEM/ODM services. Detailed design drawings or demand descriptions are required for customization.

All stainless steel products are provided with a 1-year warranty.

Sample application is supported. The sample fee is charged according to the product category, and the sample fee can be refunded after the cooperation of bulk orders; the sample production cycle is 3-7 days, and the delivery method can be express/logistics, with the freight borne by the customer.

Sample order: 3-7 days; regular bulk order: 15-30 days; customized large order: negotiated according to customization difficulty and quantity, generally 30-45 days.

We support offline transfer, Alipay/WeChat Pay for domestic orders; for cross-border orders, we support T/T, L/C, Alibaba Trade Assurance payment, 30% deposit and 70% balance paid before delivery.

Domestic orders: support express (SF, ZTO), special line logistics, and full truck transportation for large goods; cross-border orders: support sea freight, air freight, international express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), the default ports are Guangzhou/Shenzhen, which can be adjusted according to customer needs.

All products are independently packaged with bubble bag + pearl cotton + thickened carton, and large products are reinforced with wooden frames to prevent collision and damage during transportation and ensure the products are delivered intact.
